Obituary

Maureen Tammy “Redface” (Clark) Hart, who was also known to many as “Mau”, was called safely home on Saturday, December 16th of 2023. She passed into eternal life at Sarasota Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family. A beloved daughter of the late Floyd Grant Clark Sr. and Roberta (LaHue) Clark. She leaves behind her loving husband of 46 years, Richard Allan Hart… who she so lovingly called “Satch”. She also leaves behind her son who predeceased her Deacon James Clark and surviving children Amber Lee Messenger and Matthew Grant Clark. In addition to her parents and son she was also predeceased by all four of her brothers…Dean W. Clark June 21st of 2021, Dennis W. Clark July 25th of 2022, James M. Clark November 25th of 2022, Floyd G. Clark Jr. April 3rd of 2023 and surviving sister June Elizabeth Jones of South Hadley Massachusetts. As well as all of her cherished neices and nephews on her mother and father’s side…John Wayne Jones, David Allen Jones and Wendy Ann (Jones) Naslund. Maureen was born in Holyoke Massachusetts on September 1st 1957. She lived there for many years and graduated from Holyoke High School in 1975. She furthered her education at Holyoke Community College. She later moved to Sarasota, Florida where she devoted her life to her grandchildren who knew her as “G-Ma” and “Ina”… Keegan Gregory Baker, Joshua Grant Baker, Mikayla Mae Messenger, Phoenix Jean Rose Adkins, Veralynn Valentina Clark, Michael Wayne Messenger II and Sophia Nicole Clark.

The funeral services and burial are private. There are no visiting hours. The Celebration of Life will be held at a later date among family and friends.
