Obituary
Melanie Kae Small passed away on February 22, 2020 at Cornerstone Hospice in Tavares, Florida from cancer. She was born February 4, 1980 in Sanford, Florida to David & Marylouise Small.
Mel graduated from Boone High School in Orlando and then moved to Winter Springs for several years and eventually moving to the Lake Mary/ Sanford area where she worked at Subway and Kangaroo. Her hobbies included FSU football and enjoyed Nascar events when she was able.
She lost her mother Marylouise Clark Small, October 1987. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents Raymond & Dorothy Clark and George G. & Marion E. Small. She is survived by her father David and his wife Elaine and half-sisters Brianna and Bethany and her niece Ryleigh along with several aunts, uncles and cousins on both sides of the family. She also left behind several friends that she also considered her family.
A Celebration of life for Melanie will be held on February 20, 2021 at 1 pm at The First Presbyterian Church of Lake Mary, 128 W. Wilbur Ave.,
