Obituary
Melvin was born in Baltmore, Maryland on June 6, 1943 to Melvin Sr. and Mildred Keil who predecessed him.
Melvin leaves behind his wife Lois E. Keil, Edgewater, Fl. and one son Melvin III (Michell) of Whitehall, Pa. and two stepdaughters, Dana Jean Deppon of Newark, NY and Darlene DeVries of Oak Hill FL.
Also two grandchildren, Madison Keil and Melvin Keil IV both of Millsboro, Del. He also leaves behind
one sister, Carol Dean of Salem, IN and two brothers, William (Fran) of Edgewater, FL and Edward (Shirley) of Dunedins, FL. also several niece’s and nephews.
Melvin was in the US Air Force from 1959 to 1965. He served as an Aircraft Instrument Tech.
Most of his working career was at Baltimore Gas and Electric and then he earned his Electrian license and wired new homes until he retired.
There will be a celebration of life on January 11, 2025 at BellaVista Baptist Church.
