Obituary

Michael Dennis Kelley 80, of New Smyrna Beach, Florida passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Born in Savannah, Georgia on July 19, 1941. He is survived by his wife, Lynne, as well as his brother, sister, 5 children, and 5 grandchildren. Michael worked for the IRS for 36 years, coached soccer, and was a Boy Scout leader. He enjoyed Georgia and Clemson football, hiking, biking, the beach, and spending time with family. Celebration of life will be held privately by family at a later date.

    I am so sorry to hear of this loss. Mike was a manager in my Branch and he was a joy to work with. He not only was a great manager and agent but a great individual as well. He will be missed by all who knew him! My sympathy goes to his entire family and to those who were privileged to have worked with or to have know him as a friend.

    I fully enjoyed working with Mike. I was a young Agent and Mike was very kind to me. He shared his knowledge and helped develop me as an Agent. Deep regards to the family.
