Obituary
Michael (Mike) Guglielmo, age 83, of Leesburg, FL died October 6, 2022 peacefully after a long battle with heart disease. He is the husband of Linda Guglielmo for close to 50 years who has been his loving caretaker throughout his illness.
Born in Providence RI, he was the son of the late Michele and Palmina (Graziano) Guglielmo. He was a lifelong resident of Cranston and Johnston until retiring to Leesburg FL in 2009. Mike was a man of many talents and always enjoyed working with his hands, whether it be fixing cars or construction projects. He was most known for being the proprietor of Michael’s Service Station on Park Avenue in Cranston and later in his life for Meatball Mike’s on Cranston Street.
He is survived by his children, Deborah and her husband John Campagnone, Jr. of Cranston, Michelle and her husband Frank DiMaio of Bluffton, South Carolina, Michael Guglielmo, Jr and his wife Deana Guglielmo of Cranston, Gregory Guglielmo and his wife Sheryl of Cranston, and Raymond and his wife Christine of Cranston. He is the sister of the late Rosyln (Guglielmo) Major.
He is also survived by his seven grandchildren, Alysha, Aindrea, Alana, Gianni, Jovanna, Gabriella, and Charlee, He was also the grandfather of the late Domenic Guglielmo. Mike also had many close extended family members and lifelong friends who were special to him.
