Michelle Lynn Panilaitis Miller, age 51, passed away surrounded by loved ones due to complications from brain cancer on October 11, 2022, in Port Orange, FL.

Michelle is survived by her Son, Christopher J. Panilaitis and Wife Grace, of Port Orange, FL; Daughter, Heather Rice, of Carlisle, PA; Brother, Joseph Panilaitis, of Carlisle, PA; Brother, Christopher S. Panilaitis, of Carlisle, PA; Sister, Tammy Plumadore, of Schenectady, NY; Sister, Judy Kiner and Husband Roy, of Blain, PA; Sister Joy Smith, of Liverpool, PA; Sister, Renee Blanchard and Husband Wade, of Elliottsburg, PA; Stepmother, Nancy Panilaitis, of Blain, PA; and Grandchildren, Lincoln McLaughlin and Maddie Panilaitis; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her; Husband, Terry Miller, Father, Alexander Panilaitis, and Mother, Bonnie Bushey.

Michelle was born on April 26, 1971, in Islip, NY, to her Parents, Alexander Panilaitis and Bonnie Bushey. She graduated from University of Phoenix with an associate degree in Technology with Web Design. In 2012, she moved to Lakeland, FL and accepted a position as a Department Manager at Walmart where she worked for more than 11 years after getting her Associates Degree.

Michelle loved her family and friends immensely above anything else as she did not differentiate between family and friends. To her, every person deserved all the love that she had to give. Michelle was a socially active woman who was deeply involved in her grandchildren’s lives. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Her family and friends will always remember her as a caring, vibrant, and a selfless person. She went above and beyond to ensure her family was not in need. She also kept her family together in memory of her father’s wishes, Alexander Panilaitis. This is a great loss for her family and friends. Until we meet her again, her memories will live on.

Per Michelle’s wishes, there will be no services in her honor. The family will hold a private memorial that will be announced.
