We are so sorry to hear of Will’s passing. He was such a great guy, and we know he will me greatly missed.
We got to know Will and Bettye years ago in Ocala, where we had great fun golfing and enjoying life. Will was one of the “good guys” we crossed paths with in life.
Our condolences to Bettye, the family, and Will’s many friends. We’re sure Will is now enjoying playing golf with old friends in heaven.
    RIP, Will.

I am honored to have met, however briefly, this highly decorated American war hero, who continued to serve his country until he no longer could. I sincerely hope there is a special place in heaven for those that gave their lives serving others. That's where I will look for Major Will Wilcox when I get there. See ya later, buddy!

Will was a really great guy. A loving husband, a dear friend and served his country for 20 years. His devoted wife Bettye was by his side as his health deteriorated and took wonderful care of him in his last years. You rarely saw one without the other until Will was placed in hospice. We will miss him terribly as he has been one of our dearest friends since we move into Oak Run in 2003. May he RIP

Will was a great guy who suffered in silence for a very long time. He served his country well for 20 years and worked his way up to Major as he had enlisted as a regular private. He and Bettye were very close and loved each other dearly and she was always there for him as he slowly faded away. He was a really good friend, with a quick smile and endearing laugh. Loved to watch golf and Gators. A very special man who will be missed by many.
    RIP
