Miriam Morales Garcia, age 83, died of kidney failure on September 26, 2024, in Cornerstone Hospice in Orlando, FL.
Miriam is survived by her son, Luis Garcia III, of Oviedo, FL and her daughter, Brenda Sackett, of Pembroke Pines, FL and her grandkids, Olivia, Christian, Zachary and Jacob. She is preceded in death by her four brothers and three sisters.
Miriam was born on January 3,1941 in Aguirre, Puerto Rico, to parents Eleutello and Carmen Morales. She worked for many years helping the elderly in nursing homes and cared for both her parents before they passed.
Miriam was a loving daughter and mother. She was married to Luis Garcia, Jr. in 1964 and the couple had three children together, including one, who died in infancy. Miriam and Luis divorced in 1988.
