Obituary
Mona Mae Lyman (Landman), aged 85, passed away on August 26, 2024, in Inverness, FL. Born on May 29, 1939, in Rutland, VT, she was the cherished daughter of the late Raymond C. Landman and Leora F. Landman.
Mona completed her education at Leland and Gray Seminary in 1957, which laid the foundation for a life characterized by wisdom and kindness. She was deeply loved and will be remembered fondly by her family and friends.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with her daughter and son-in-law, Judith and Joseph Robison; daughter, Kathleen Coleman; son, William R. Coleman; son and daughter in law, Douglas Lyman and April Lyman, and her beloved grandchildren, Jeffrey Robison, Kaitlyn (Coleman) and Devin McKinney, Liam Coleman, Evan Coleman, Emily Coleman, Austin Lyman and Emma Lyman. She was also the proud great-grandmother of Kai McKinney.
Mona was preceded in death by her parents and her partner of 37 years, Sprague B. Lyons.
Mona and Sprague made their home between Bondville, VT and Ft Myers, Florida. Mona is remembered by her dedication to the success of the Bondville Fair.
Her life was a testament to the love and care she bestowed on her family, and her memory will be treasured by all who knew her.
