Obituary
Nancy Sumler Davis, 85, of Fort Myers passed away peacefully at home on March 15, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother. Her legacy is the love of Christ that she excessively showered on all of her family. That love was manifested through her words, her prayers and her never ending desire to touch each life with little remembrances. She loved to teach and had the ability to see people through God’s perspective. She was her family’s greatest fan and cheerleader. She fulfilled God’s calling to be salt and light in this world. She fought the good fight, always ran to win, and now she is enjoying her rewards.
Nancy was survived by her husband of 64 years, Jack Davis; three children, Sandi Connelly (Brian), Allen Davis (Darla), Van Davis (Irene); eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and sister, Mary Jo Peterson.
Due to Covid-19 the family observed a private memorial. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Hospice.
