Obituary
Owen M. Newman, age 50, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on November 9, 2022, at Hospice, Cates House. Owen was born on March 13, 1972, to his parents, James Owen Newman, and Laura Lynn Newman (Crum) in Alliance, Ohio. Owen Attended Vanguard High School.
Owen worked as a Welder-Assembler at Fidelity Manufacturing. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, whether it was bowling, playing guitar, and singing karaoke or just grabbing a beer after a long day of work. The one thing his friends and family will tell you about Owen is that he was a “Good Hearted Man”, and if you were one of the chosen few to know Owen it was because he himself saw something good in you. So, to our Beloved Brother, Father, Nephew, Cousin and Friend, you have forever touched our hearts and lives. We love you Owen, Fly high and Rock on.
Owen is survived by his daughter, Sabrina Newman, of Ocala, Florida; brother, Adam Davis of Memphis, Tennessee and his sister, Riki Pitre of Alliance, Ohio and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his father James Owen Newman, of Ocala, Florida and his mother, Laura Lynn Newman (Crum) of Alliance, Ohio.
