Obituary
Patricia Ann Ginolfi, 78, most recently of Ocala, Florida, did not so much pass away on December 8, 2017, but in actuality, her spirit was lifted up to join her creator and all of her loved ones whom had gone before her. Patricia was born on February 1, 1939 to Marcelino and Adelaide D’Christoro in Providence, Rhode Island. A great lover of animals and a compassionate champion of those in need, she raised her five children in the same state she was born until the winters became too harsh, causing she and her son, Joseph, to move to Florida. Patricia was a breast cancer survivor much earlier in her life, and her tenacity and endurance through that ordeal showed her strength and fortitude of character. One of her favorite pastimes was browsing shops with Joseph, and while a very frugal shopper, Patricia’s generosity of spirit was undeniable to all of those who knew her.
Patricia is predeceased by: her husband, Carmine Vito Ginolfi; by her parents, Marcelino D’Christoforo and Adelaide D’Christoforo (Shawchuk); by two daughters, Kimberly Monti and Pamela Pellegrino; and her grandson, Steven Meo.
She is survived by her children, Joseph C. Ginolfi, Michele Meo, and Karen Saez; by her grandchildren: Robert Bruyere, Mike Pellegrino, Sean Pellegrino, Robert Manning, Antonio Meo, Joseph Perry, Carlo Monti and Giovanna Young; by 3 great grandchildren, Aariona, Sydney and Anthony, not to mention the sweetest pit bulls on the planet, Toby and Tori, all of whom will miss Patricia greatly.
