Obituary
Patricia Gail (Young) Morgan, 69 Of Winter Park, Florida, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024 just three days after her 69th birthday and just four months after her diagnosis of glioblastoma. Pat knew the odds, but she endured treatment in order to spend as much time with her two boys as possible.
Pat was born in Tennessee to Gerald and Lee Young on August 8, 1955. They moved to Florida in 1960. She was a graduate of Seminole High School and Florida Technological University.
Pat worked many positions for Florida Hospital until the late 80’s when she was given the opportunity to start an Oncology/Hematology practice with her friend and neighbor, Dr. Rebecca Moroose.
Pat was extremely proud of this opportunity, and she managed this practice for over 20 years.
She loved the beach, boating, and growing flowers in her yard. She also loved so many pets and over the years she dedicated as much time to the church and other community events as possible. But with all her accomplishments, she was the proudest of the birth of her Twin Sons, Cole Morgan and Kyle Morgan, she cherished them with every breath.
She is survived by her loving husband, Hank Morgan of Winter Park, Florida; her Twin Sons, Kyle Morgan and Cole Morgan of Winter Park, Florida; her mother, Lee Young; and her brother, Dean Young along with her nephews, Wes and Matthew.
Pat was a special person that always cared about everyone else, she went out of her way to help anyone she could. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all.
We lost our loved one that truly was the One.
A Celebration of life will be held at a later date

Her laugh. Contagious.
Her smile. You could tell it was real.
Her goodness. Said good things about people.
Her caring. Loved her family and everyone connected to it.
Her pets. A dog or cat was lucky to have Pat as their caretaker in life.
Her extreme love for fried cabbage. This was legionary. Would walk around her house eating fried cabbage. Especially, if Betty cooked it for her.
The world will be a little bright, without Pat Morgan in it. I know mine is already.
I will miss her.
Pat was one of those people. Her smile, her laugh, and her heart above all.
I am grateful to have been a co-worker.
Godspeed you boys, husband and family!
I pray for God to give your family the strength they need for the coming days, months, and years.
