Rafaela Valcercel, 64 of Orlando died Friday, January 13, 2012 in Winter Park, FL.  Rafaela was born October 5, 1947 in Rio Tiedras, Puerto Rico.  She graduated from University of Sacred Heart with a Bachelor's degree.  Rafaela worked for many years in the marketing department with AT & T.  She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Gilberto & Evelyn Valcercel.  Family services will be held.
