Obituary
EDGEWATER. Ray Windsor Jetton Sr., 84, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on September 3, 2019, after succumbing to Alzheimers. Ray was born on February 14, 1935, in Huntsville, Alabama.
Ray served our nation in the US Air Force for 13 years and then became a proprietor to Para-techs Dental Laboratory in Edgewater, FL until his retirement. Ray was loved by family and friends for his good natured personality and passion for life. In his free time Ray enjoyed spending time with family and close friends, entertaining, fishing, cooking, cruising and playing with his dogs. In addition, Ray was a Mason of New Smyrna Beach.
Ray was predeceased by his father, Montgomery Gilbreth Jetton Jr., mother, Reba Oline Lennox Jetton, sister, Sue Gaddy, and brothers, Bernard Jetton, Orville (Pete) Jetton and Buddy Jetton.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 37 years, Marcy Ennis Jetton, their daughter, Alexis Jetton–Galerno (Robert), and son, Ray Jetton Jr. (RJ), daughter, Cynthia Ball (Frank), son, Mark Jetton (Barbara), daughter, Tina Cappola (Dennis), and son, James Jetton, his many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and brother, Nevelin Jetton (Dawn).
The Celebration of Life will be held 2:00-5:00 pm Saturday, September 21 at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place, 1 North Causeway, New Smyrna Beach FL 32169. Contact Kim Baglio at 386-212-7668 about food arrangements. Committal will at a later date at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
