Obituary
Raymond “Raymon” Gordon Miller III, 70, born in Fort Worth, TX, raised in Rotterdam, NY, the son of late Raymond Gordon Miller Jr. and Arlene D’Avignon, has peacefully transitioned to continue to serve his greater purpose.
Ray was a loving son, brother, husband, father, uncle, teacher, mentor and a friend to all he knew and passed his way. Ray was able to speak to anyone at their level and beloved by all that met him. His positivity and love radiated and those in his presence could feel his unconditional love and acceptance. Ray put others needs above his own and was always there if and when you needed him…even if you didn’t know you needed him. Ray was loving and unconditional, he was a man of truth, beauty, love and positivity. Ray was a man of so many beautiful characteristics and if you had the blessing to cross his path, you would understand and a piece of him will live with you forever. He will forever be remembered and his legacy, love and light will continue to live on through the people that have been touched by him.
Ray is survived by his mother, Arlene Miller; his brother Charles Miller (Kirstin Carr); his son Bryan Miller (Amy Malick); his daughter Danielle Miller (Solomon Ray); the children’s mother, Debra Miller-Camp (Warren Camp); his niece, Melody Miller (Shohn Martin); his nephews Todd Miller (Kristen Miller), Kevin Miller (Chelsey Gilbert) and Thomas LaVallee (Laurie LaVallee);
In keeping with Ray’s wishes, there will be no calling hours. Ray wanted a celebration of the life he lived and an appreciation for those he loved. The family is grateful for condolences, love and support. Donations can be made to: https://bigmacspeaks.life/donations/donation/
