Heaven Sent June 29, 1926 – Heaven Bound August 19, 2017
Reba (known as Sandy by friends and family), was born in Dallas, Texas. Daughter of the late George and Winnie Stout. She lived in New Castle, Delaware for most of her adult life and moved to The Villages, FL in 2013.
Reba was a homemaker, taking care of her husband and her four children. Her life revolved around her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was always happiest when family was visiting.
Reba was a member of Middletown Baptist Church, Middletown, DE.
Reba is predeceased by her husband, John T. (Ted), her son Daniel G. Sr., her sister Lois and her brothers George and William.
She leaves behind to cherish the memories: sons John K. (Susan) from Elkton, MD and Steven from Wilmington, DE; daughter Carol (Allen) Scheel from The Villages, FL; her grandchildren, Christopher from Elkton, MD, Nicolle (Randy) Lane from Guntersville, AL, Daniel (Sharon) from Ooltewah, TN, Carina (Mark) Lasko from Pensacola, FL, Brandon Scheel from Norfolk, VA and Guy (Shannon) Glowitz from Quarryville, PA and 16 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her sisters Mary Crossland, Wanda Eads, Betty Sulak, Bonnie Malone and brother Bobby Chapman, all from Texas.
Memorial Services will be held at Middletown Baptist Church, 419 Armstrong Corner Road, on September 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
