Rebecca Ann Thrush, age 45, passed on November 13, 2020, in Summerfield, FL
Rebecca was born on May 03, 1975 in Michigan City, Indiana, to Russell and Margaret Nickloy. In 2005, Rebecca married the love of her life, Timothy Thrush in Loomis, MI. She graduated from Mid-Michigan Community College in 2009 with a degree in nursing. In 2009, Rebecca & Timothy moved to Lady Lake, FL and she accepted a position as a Registered Nurse at The Villages Regional Medical Center, where she worked for more than 9 years.
Rebecca enjoyed the Detroit Tigers, Nascar, and hanging out with friends & family.
Rebecca is survived by her husband, Timothy, daughter, Leslie, & son, John of Summerfield, FL; parents, Russell and Margaret Nickloy of Summerfield, FL; In-laws Steve and Linda Thrush of Farwell, MI; Brother, Edward Passmore of Lady Lake, FL; Brother, Joe Nickloy of Pioneer, OH; sister, Joan (Gene) Rupp of Defiance, OH; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, & nephews.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Passmore of Butler, IN.
Rebecca was a great family woman and a loving mother. Her family and friends will always remember her as a fun-loving heart of gold always trying to help everyone she could.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Rebecca on December 10, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Marks Catholic Church on HWY 42 in Summerfield, FL.
A celebration of life to follow in May 2021, detailed information will be provided once plans are finalized closer to the date. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Rebecca’s life.
