Obituary

Rebecca Ann Thrush, age 45, passed on November 13, 2020, in Summerfield, FL
Rebecca was born on May 03, 1975 in Michigan City, Indiana, to Russell and Margaret Nickloy. In 2005, Rebecca married the love of her life, Timothy Thrush in Loomis, MI. She graduated from Mid-Michigan Community College in 2009 with a degree in nursing. In 2009, Rebecca & Timothy moved to Lady Lake, FL and she accepted a position as a Registered Nurse at The Villages Regional Medical Center, where she worked for more than 9 years.
Rebecca enjoyed the Detroit Tigers, Nascar, and hanging out with friends & family.
Rebecca is survived by her husband, Timothy, daughter, Leslie, & son, John of Summerfield, FL; parents, Russell and Margaret Nickloy of Summerfield, FL; In-laws Steve and Linda Thrush of Farwell, MI; Brother, Edward Passmore of Lady Lake, FL; Brother, Joe Nickloy of Pioneer, OH; sister, Joan (Gene) Rupp of Defiance, OH; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, & nephews.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Passmore of Butler, IN.
Rebecca was a great family woman and a loving mother. Her family and friends will always remember her as a fun-loving heart of gold always trying to help everyone she could.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Rebecca on December 10, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Marks Catholic Church on HWY 42 in Summerfield, FL.
A celebration of life to follow in May 2021, detailed information will be provided once plans are finalized closer to the date. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Rebecca’s life.

    Hey Becky just sitting here wishing you were too. Hope you were able to meet mom as she just passed away two weeks ago. So many things I want to tell you and share with you most of which how much i miss and love you. I can not wait to see you again I hope its soon cause I'm getting tired of being here myself.     Becky life without you is extremely difficult. Not a day goes by I'm drowning in tears. I love you and miss you real bad. I can not wait until see you again. I wish for just one more moment with you just one long enough to tell you how much i love you and cherish every moment we were together even in the bad times.

    Becky, I miss you, when you married Tim and I welcomed you it was a true Blessing cause your were the sister-in-law with a heart of gold
    and telling like it was. You always taught me to stand my feet and it was ok to go back to school. I wanted to give up but you wouldnt let me
    you and Tim got me through English and I was forever greatful. When you moved to Flordia I had no clue you were that sick, I wish I could of
    done something to help. I always prayed everything would be okay and this would be like a nightmare, I wont forget you and the things you

    Becky was the sister in law I could always get along with. I miss her so much already it just hurts. I know your pain free but your with grandpa and grandma also give them hugs. I wish I could of done something to help you more but I failed. I Love you Becky and miss you you also told me it was ok to go to school and give it a try you pushed at and I wanted to give up but you wouldn't let me. thank you for that you got me through my English class.     Thank you so much for what you done for me, you were the most caring, loving mother a daughter could ask for. It was you and dad who taught me to be the women I am today. You showed me how a strong, independent women is supposed to be. Even between our little tufts we had, you were always there and loved me through everything. I love and miss you soooo much!     Becky my god I miss you. Everything I see, everything I hear, everything I do reminds me of you. I am so blessed to have spent the past 19 years together. I'm so sorry your gone but glad your finally pain free. You are without a doubt the strongest, bravest, smartest, selfless most beautiful woman I know.
