Obituary

Richard Daryl Hall, of Cape Coral Florida, passed away on December 15, 2025.

He was born to Richard and Merle Hall in Moultrie Georgia, and was a devoted son, faithful husband, loving father, adoring Papa and steadfast Christian.

He is survived by his wife Barbara, his daughter Susan, son David, adored granddaughter Payton, son-in-law Jon, daughter-in-law Kaerrie, brother Ron and extended family of nieces, nephews, and brother-in-law. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Cherry.

He lived a full life as a faithful, Godly man whose quiet strength and unwavering devotion to his family inspired others. The book of Corinthians was especially dear to his heart.

His favorite verse was 1 Corinthians 15:55 “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?” “When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be…”

He will be greatly missed, but we find comfort knowing he is now at peace with the Lord. This is not the end, but a transformation—a victory he’s won through Christ.

Even though his earthly body has faded, his spirit remains woven into the fabric of our lives. We hear you in the stories we tell, feel you in the values we uphold, and see you in the mirror of our own best qualities. You have not left us; you have simply stepped ahead, into a peace you so richly deserve, leaving behind a legacy that time itself cannot diminish.

Today, we don’t say goodbye—we say thank you. Thank you for the shelter of your love, the light of your guidance, and the gift of your life. You are loved beyond measure and cherished forever.
