Obituary
Richard “Dick” Morrison, 84, of Grand Island, Florida, passed away May 23, 2019. Dick was born April 13, 1935, in Malden, Massachusetts, to George and Anna Morrison.
Dick grew up in Massachusetts and moved to New Hampshire in the early 1960s. He enjoyed wood working and was an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, assisting with the building of over 100 homes in Lake and Sumter Counties. He loved riding his horse, Paco, accompanied by his dog, Chole. Dick was a member of Trinity Eustis Church and loved by all.
He is preceded in death by his first wife and the mother of his children, Nancy Morrison and his sister, Carol Parker.
Dick is survived by his 2nd wife, of 33 years, Diane; sons, Stephen (Sue) Morrison, Neil (Renee) Morrison and Allen (Elisa) Morrison; daughter, Terri (Robert) Timmins; 2 stepchildren; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Services are to be determined by the family at a later date.

He was more of a father to me than a father-in-law. I will never forget the things he taught me. I will miss him and am truly thankful for the time I shared with him.
