Beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather & Friend

Richard Robbins, age 83, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2023 in Orlando, Fla. surrounded by his family. He was born on February 23, 1940 in St. Louis, Mo. to parents Harold and Sarah Robbins. He spent time throughout his life in Richmond, Ind. and Dayton, Ohio where he met his first wife, Alberta Robbins for whom he was married to for 40 years. Together they share two sons and four grandchildren. He moved to Orlando, Fla. in 2002, where he met his current wife, Diana Robbins who he married on July 10, 2004. He is preceded in death by both his parents Harold and Sarah, his brother Johnny and his first wife Alberta. He is survived by his wife Diana, his two sons Rick (Terri) and Ronnie (Mary-Ann), his four grandchildren Mathew (Sarah), Sarah (Mike), Rachell and Ricky, along with Diana’s children, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was an avid car and race enthusiast, fisherman, enjoyed his time at the beach and was enamored by eagles. Rick was also a faithful member of the University Carillon Methodist Church in Oviedo, Fla. where he was not only a member, but a friend to all.

Rick will be honored in a celebration of life on May 13, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the University Carillon Methodist Church in the Worship Center with a reception to follow at 1395 Campus View Court, Oviedo, FL 32765.
