Richard was the best "Thanksgiving helper" there ever was. He carved the turkey fast enough so that we didn't have to wait. He always made Thanksgiving a great holiday.

And he liked to help people. I had a poisonous snake in my barn. He came over within a few minutes.

    Dear Elayne and family,
It was a pleasure to have known Dick. He was our neighbor for several years & we always enjoyed our front yard conversation. He was always friendly and was a wealth of information. We are saddened to hear that he passed away and would like to extend our condolences to all.

I will always remember Dick for his great enthusiasm and energy. He had a deep concern for his community, the people and the animals. It’s been a long time since we started our CERT programs. But I still remember his passion for the effort. Dick will be missed but never forgotten.
