Richard was a Mason and a Shriner for more than 60 years and was a Life-time member of the American Legion and Disabled American Veterans (DAV). Left to cherish his memory are his wife Joyce Moser-Thomas (nee Brisson) whom he met in 1996; his two daughters, Judy Mills (Vic) and Jean Heckathorn; four step-children, Lex Moser (Irene), Gail Palmer, Robert Moser (Carey) and Tricia Moser (Gerry Britan); eight grandchildren; seven great and 2 great-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a former wife (Harriett). Richard’s family is grateful to the staff of the Emery L.
