Richard Paul Juber (63), of Jacksonville, Florida passed away while surrounded by loved ones on September 3, 2022.  Rich was born on October 31, 1958, in Norwich, CT to Winifred & Richard Juber.  Rich graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.  Rich provided for his family by working in the technology field for over 40 years, most recently with Florida Blue.

Rich loved his family with all his heart and worked very hard to be a great provider to his wife and children.  Rich is lovingly remembered for his big laugh, kind heart, and witty jokes.  Rich loved his Sunday golf outings with his cherished friends (Men Of Golf), his Fantasy Football League where he served as “The Commish” for 20 plus years, his Wisconsin roots and friends, which included the Green Bay Packers, the Badgers, the Brewers, and the Bucks.  In his earlier years he had a passion for watching and coaching MSA Baseball.  Those who knew Rich know he always wanted to bring circles of friends together and although he appeared to be tough, he was a true softy.  He will be missed but always remembered by all those who knew him.

Rich is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Deborah; his daughter Nicole, husband Greg; his son Matthew, wife Demetria; and granddaughter Baylor Quinn.  He was also survived by his mother Winifred; brother Stephen, wife Marianne; brother Martin; and the Loppnow siblings and spouses who loved him so much.

A Celebration Of Life will be held in the upcoming weeks with details to be provided by his family.
