Richard Lambert Pilon, 75, of Fort Myers, Florida passed away on May 29, 2018 at Hope Hospice. He was born on September 26, 1942 in Hartford, Connecticut to the late Emil Victor and Theresa (Lambert) Pilon.  Richard is a graduate of the University of Hartford.  He spent the majority of his career working at Blue Cross Blue Shield in Connecticut. Upon moving to Florida, Richard became a realtor. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Claire Valliere Pilon; his daughter, Denise Burke and her husband Michael of North Hampton, New Hampshire; his daughter, Carrie Gambardella and her husband Raymond of North Haven, Connecticut; his grandchildren, Kristin and Kelly Burke of North Hampton, New Hampshire, Julia, Andrew, and Angela Gambardella of North Haven, Connecticut; his brother, Phillip Pilon and his wife Mary Anne of Simsbury, Connecticut; his brother, Kenneth Pilon and his wife Jill of Farmington, Connecticut; his brother, Christopher Pilon and his wife Catherine of West Hartford, Connecticut; and his many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
