Obituary

Richard Anthony McKeel (Dick – only by Evelyn), 83 of Port Orange, Florida, originally from Ahoskie, NC went home to the Lord on Tuesday (his favorite day of the week), November 5, 2019.  He passed in comfort with his loving wife & children able to say “I love you” one last time.  He was a veteran, served this country in the Army.  He was a loving, happy social guy with many friends.
He is preceded in death by wives Mary Hoy McKeel & Evelyn Fundis McKeel
He is survived by loving wife Margie Burns McKeel, son Michael Anthony McKeel (Lori), grandchildren Macie, Megan, Madeline, Annie, Matthew (Char), Andy (Karen), great-grandchildren: Ryden, Kaisley, Lathan & Natalie, daughter Hope McKeel Gonano (Edward), grandson Eden Gonano (Jessica), great grandson Phoenix Gonano, granddaughter Lauren Gonano, daughter Beth Dawn Bly (Chuckie) granddaughters Nicole Bly, Brittany Bly and grandson Chazie Bly, Daughter Tara McKeel, grandsons Richard, William “Tripp” (Caitlin) and Alex Acker, Great Granddaughters Jaiden “Pinky” and Harkin and Great Grandson Morrison.
Please consider the American Cancer Society or Make a Wish for memorials.  He was always making wishes come true.
Celebration of life on the beach at Ponce inlet, Saturday, November 23, 2019 @ 11:00am, with lunch to follow.  Please RSVP hgonano@zoominternet.net
