Richard J Oester, 59, Edgewater Florida passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019. He was born in Ft Lauderdale. He was self-employed as a painter and wallpaper specialist.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children Asley Oester, Christopher Oester, Brianna Oester, siblings Ronald (Lesli Thiesen) Oester, Kenneth (Margaret) Oester, Lynn Killacky, Sue (John F, II) Archer and granddaughter Ava.

Services to be held in Ft Lauderdale are pending.
