If tonight I am called away to
meet the One who created me,
remember my love and don’t
weep.
I’m not leaving; I’m changing
addresses to somewhere in
your memories where you can
find me anytime you want.
I’ll be with you from now on,
wherever you go – my smile
will be in the sun’s rays when
you’re happy and my tears in
the raindrops when you’re sad.
If you trip for no reason,
that’s me playing a joke on you;
the breeze that tickles your ears
is the secrets I’ll tell you from
somewhere beyond the skies.
Above all, whenever you feel
lonely, remember me – and know
you’re not alone.
