We met Dick and Bonita over 11 years ago when we went to AU football games to watch our son in the band. As we got to know Dick and Bonita, we were in awe of how tender and attentive Dick was to his beloved wife. Dick was in the service in WW2 and a determined man. He did not like to talk much of his time, but it was clear that those memories were still vivid. It was at Ashland College after the war that Dick & Bonita met and then married. They remained active Alumni since. He was kind man and strong in his beliefs. His character showed throughout his business and personal relationships. We visited Dick in Florida in Jan 2018. He was doing well, even after losing his beloved wife. He still played golf 2-3 times a week. Dick always loved OHIO. We would call him, and he would want to know what the weather was in the Buckeye state and how the Indians and OSU was doing. It was an honor and privilege to know Dick Ronk. Our sincerest condolences extend to his Granddaughter, Logan ( who he spoke of regularly), and all of his Family
