Obituary

Funeral service for Robert C “Bob” Carroll, 81, Edgewater who passed away August 20, 2016 will be 10:30 am Friday, September 9, 2016 at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery 5525 US Hwy 1 Scottsmoor, FL. Bob is survived by his wife of 41 years Betty (Raudonat) Carroll, daughter Stacey (Hector) Guenther, as well as additional family members including many nephews and nieces.

Bob retired to Florida in 2002 after a career with New York State Corrections. At Hacienda Del Rio he enjoyed doing yardwork for the residents and transporting them to local airports. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to Halifax Health Hospice 4220 S. Ridgewood Ave Edgewater FL 32141.

    Bob I was glad I got to know you over the years and deeply enjoyed the great times with you and Leon at Peggy's. I will miss the tales of Navy life aboard a sub and your company. May peace be with you and that one day we may see each other. Betty has endure a lot these past years and I feel your lost. Bob will not be with us physically but his spirit and memories will always be in our hearts. Good bye my old friend and may you rest in the hands of our Lord.

    We are so sad to hear of Bob's passing, we have so many fond memories of him.
    It was a "real" pleasure being neighbors with all of you, we did have some wonderful times together and we miss those days....Good old days!!!
