What an awesome man my brother Rob was. We shared so many childhood memories. Putting together models during a rainy day .Building forts in the woods, to many to count. Long summer nights. Staying up late to watch scary movies.
Rob was a self made man. He had a passion for nature. He would somehow find caves hidden in the Tennessee hills. He would bring home huge stalagmites and stalagtites, fossels of animals that once lived in the ocean. He was inquisitive and fearless to go into that darkness all my himself.
Rob started his own business in Boston then moved to Florida and became a Real Estate agent. Was not long before he became a broker. He was so smart.
He loved kayaking with his beloved wife Diane. They share so many memories of enjoying nature. I loved hearing about his adventures. He was a terrific fisherman and so loved sharing this skill with his Grandsons.
When the real estate market crashed Rob picked himself up and hit the books and went back to school to learn a new profession one which he loved. He did not let lifes hard knocks knock him down. He was going to be successful and he was. He loved working with his patients in the medical field. I as so proud of him.
I remember when Rob left for the army at a young age how alone and lost I felt without him. That is how I feel now with his passing.
Gone from this world and into the next is a wonderful man that is missed by so many. He has left behind so many sweet memories.
When I look at the stars in the night sky I think of Rob.
    I love you Rob
