Obituary

Robert Lee Hazlett Jr. (Bob) 67 of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away surrounded by family on November 3, 2022. Bob was born on April 3, 1955, in Charleston, WV to Bob and Dottie Hazlett.

We could say or make a list of all the things Bob has done in his life, but he wouldn’t want that. Simply put, Bob loved the Lord and wanted to tell everyone about Him, loved his family passionately and sought out ways to serve and help others. He did these things with all his heart.

Bob’s family includes his darling wife, Sandra, daughters Jill Blair (Jimmy), Sarah Hodges (Jeremy), Austen McIntosh (David) and son, Lee Hazlett (Shaina), his nine grandchildren, Luke, Jennah, Caleb, Kylee, Larkin, Zach, Allison, Charlee and Quinn, and his siblings Laura Cook, Lisa Marie Bolin (Dale), and Tom Hazlett(Tracey)

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Salty Church, 221 Vining Court in Ormond Beach on Saturday, November 19, 2022. Visitation will be from 10 am-11 am with a service at 11 am.

Services will also be held at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY On December 12 in room 106. Visitation will be from 3-5 with a service at 5 in the chapel.

And a final service will be held Thursday, December 15 in St. Albans, WV at Gateway Christian Church. Visitation will be from 5-7 with a service at 7.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Salty Family Services, 160 E. Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, FL 32176.
