Obituary
Robert J. Stasko (Bob), 75, from Port Orange, Florida passed away on January 12, 2022 after a long battle with heart and lung disease.
The only son of Joseph Stasko and Malle Leo, he was born on January 15, 1946 in Webster, Massachusetts. He had one sibling, Patricia Latour.
Bob is survived by his loving partner, Kathleen Mary Hackett and his faithful and loving fur baby, Angel.
Bob is a veteran who served honorably in the Army National Guard. For his life’s work, he was employed and retired from UPS as an office manager.
After his retirement, Bob came to Florida. He loved the areas of Ponce Inlet and Port Orange and decided to make Florida his home. Besides spending time with Kathy, Angel, and friends, Bob had a passion for cars, especially Corvettes. Kathy always said, “If Bob could have married a car, he would have”.
Bob also loved going to his daily aerobics class with his friends at Crane Lakes. His Crane Lakes friends were a big part of his life and he loved each and every one of them. ALL of his friends were an important part of his life. If you knew Bob well, you knew his whimsical sense of humor and his infectious smile would brighten your day.
Cremation is per Bob’s request. There will be no formal funeral service.
