Obituary

Robert was born in Long Island, New York, grew up in Miami, FL and came to the Central Florida area in 1980. He spent many years working as a comptroller; however, in his later years found his passion in motorcycles in both his professional and personal life. Robert was full of life, loved by everyone, and had a sense of humor like no other. Besides his family and his relationships made throughout the years, his passions were gardening, boating, motorcycles, and barbequing. He leaves to cherish his memory his children Renee and Greg Stucka, his sister Barbara Nelson, his niece and nephew Erica and Douglas Nelson, his uncle Charles Saeger, and his little dog and constant companion Jimmy, as well as countless friends who grew to know and love him. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Robert's memory to Volusia County Humane Society 200 South Glencoe Road New Smyrna Beach FL 32168 2:00 PM at Baldwin Brothers Cremation Society 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169 on December 4, 2010 (map/driving directions)

    Uncle Robert,
I just want to tell you that you were the best Uncle anybody could have asked for. You had the best sense of humor which I will miss the most. You had so many wonderful friends who came to the service on Sunday. I know you will keep us all safe here on earth. I will see you again soon. I love you very much and will miss you always.
    Love, Erica

Robert was a dear customer to us at Creative Arts Cafe where he came in quite often for breakfast for our omelet with a pancake, that was his standard meal!
He was always so friendly and chatted often with me about his life in Lake Helen with his little dog. He will be truly missed by us all.

Mr. Robert will be missed dearly by the family at Lil' Neal's BBQ. He was dear friend and faithfull customer on a weekly basis. His favorites were ribs, chicken, and cole slaw, and recently ordered a smoked turkey from us for Thanksgiving! We enjoyed seeing his smiling face and his litte dog!!
    May God Bless the family!!

As a long standing friend of Roberts he will be sorely missed by us both. Robert spent many hours in Ron's garage talking motorcyles, and Jimmy begging for our cookies...
We had been expecting Robert to come by this week and it was such a shock to us to read of his passing.
Our sympathy to the entire family of Roberts and please know that we will miss him very very much.
    Ron and doris Avery
