I was lead singer in a band called "The New Horizon" with Bob in the late 70's and early 80's and we've kept in touch ever since. (Sallie, too). He was a personality bigger than life and so solid it is just hard to believe he's gone. Both of them, Bob and Sallie, have gone through a lot in their lives but they just kept smiling. I wouldn't have even known about this sad end, but something kept nagging at me to try to reach them. You let me know Bob. Rest in Peace now.
