Roderick H Holman, 61, New Smyrna Beach died Friday, May 16, 2014. Rod was born in Flint, MI and came to this area 30 years ago. He was owner and operator of Holman Plumbing in New Smyrna Beach before retiring. He served in the Merchant Marines and was a member of Volusia Skeet and Trap Club and New Smyrna Hunt and Conservation Club.
He is survived by his sisters Teri Weintraub, Jennifer (Jerry) Truelove, Kimberly (Stephen) Doran and many nieces and nephews as well as his cats Buckshot and Baton.
A gathering of friend and family will be Monday. May 19 from 3 to 6PM at the Grille at Riverview North Causeway New Smyrna Beach.
