Obituary
Ron Watson, 68, of The Villages, Florida, passed away on 3/10/2019. He died unexpectedly from a single golf cart accident. He married the love of his life, Michelle Hazel, in 1978. Ron is survived by his wife, Michelle, father, Verle, brother, Doug, two sons, Scott (Laura) and Matt (Kelly), as well as grandchildren Kayla, Kelsey and Jack. Everyone knew Ron as the jokester of the group. He would always bring light to conversation and would make timely jokes that fit each moment so perfectly. His famous saying, “a wink’s as good as a nod to a blind horse” or his infamous one hand clapping were always fixtures in every day conversation. You knew if you couldn’t find dad, he’d be on the golf course, in the golf cart for a cruise with his dog, Booger, or fishing. The memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 14th, at 2 p.m. at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home in Wildwood, Florida 3990 E FL-44 Ste 105, Wildwood, FL 34785.

Always think of him with a smile - loved his humor and style!
Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
First a neighbor then a cherished friend.Your kindness, humor, and friendship will always be remembered.
Much love and prayer to the Watson family.
With love
Prayerfully in His love and sympathy.
Words cannot express the sorrow we feel due to the passing of Ron. Many FD memories fill our minds today from Ron helping Craig pass the Medic exam to watching him work on his stained glass projects at Station 1, to eating lobsters at the FD holiday party. He was a great guy and will be deeply missed. May God guide you and protect you during this difficult time. Love you
RIP Riddler!!
My heart goes out to you, the kids and the rest of the Family.
