Rosemary was born in Wheeling, West Virginia and came to this area in 1985 from Chester, WV. Her family remembers her interests in oil painting, sewing and music, especially the piano and organ, She was an accomplished seamstress. She was a founding member of Cypress Head Golf Club and enjoyed golfing. Other interests included membership in Order of the Eastern Star Chapter in West Liberty, WV. She was a very special lady who influenced her family to be the best persons possible. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 62 years Charles W Hughes, a son Ronald Hughes of Martins Ferry, OH, daughter Victoria Jank of Port Orange FL, five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
