For over forty years you have been there for me.Oh how I will miss you. This past two years since your were sick I have saved your voiice mail messages. How sweet it is to hear your voiice. When I am down a call to you would always lift me up. We laughed til I hurt or had to excuse my self from the phone. My letters to you through the years in Penn.Fla or Indiana always gpt a responce from you and always a pat on the cheek all my kids love and remember you for your gentleness, never raised your voice just sincere angelic like grandma. Jim Mkie Emily Ryan Troy Don and I will truly miss you,. Your like a snow flake one of a kind. precious. I love you and pray to join you one day when God calls me home. Love Diana29b
You and I talked about the day that we would be here on Earth without you. I thought I was strong and brave. Turns out that Im not that strong. I am lucky to have shared 51 years with you. Weve cried, laughed, been serious, been silly, and most of all, shared.
Some of my memories include your love of life, sharing with others, and entertaining. Making everyone comfortable and killing them with kindness were your strongest personal traits. You gave everyone your true self. Flowers, plants, and a view of the moon are some of the many things you enjoyed and share with us.
Not having you in Indiana for the summers will be a great loss for us. Who will care for my wilting flowers and nurse them back to health? Because of you, I have the tools; I just have to make good use of them. Not having you in Florida as a place to visit will also be remnants of memory.
You were strong and brave. You gave us the opportunity to meet new people. You taught us how to love and introduced us to long-lasting, extended family and friends. You made many friends wherever you went; they often remind me of your graciousness and how you impacted their lives.
I will be forever grateful. You will be missed, and your memories are ours to keep. Thank you!
Love,
Julie
