Obituary

Ruth M White, 82, Edgewater FL died Monday, June 7, 2010. She was born in Jackson, Michigan and came to this area in 1981 from Bowie, Maryland. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church New Smyrna Beach.   She leaves to cherish her memory her identical twin sister Rhea Smithson of White Plains, MD, sons Patrick White of Daytona Beach, Dennis White of Edgewater, Kevin White of Middleburgh, FL, daughter Donna Para of New Smyrna Beach, 12 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Memorial donations are requested to Hospice of Volusia Southeast Care Center 4140 South Ridgewood Ave Edgewater FL 32141.

    We just learned of our lose. We love Aunt Ruth so very much. She was such a sweet heart and always made us feel welcome. We will miss her terribly. Our prayers are with you and your families.

    Sorry family members to hear about Ruth. a wonderfull lady .I did not know her for very long as i helped clean for her. i was glad to get to know her and her sister. while she was visiting here with her. my love and prayers go out to the family in this difficult times..Rest in peace my dear friend..

    Rarely in our lives do we have the privelege to meet someone who has grace, love and kindness so in spades as Mrs. Ruth White. She will always be Denny's mom to both Carolyn and myself. She never failed to charm us with with her fine qualities each and every time we met her. To have made her acquaintance was to have met someone who filled the world with love. Thank you for showing us the way and the world was a better place because of you! You will be sadly missed but so happily remembered! Our thoughts and prayers go out to all in the White Family.
