Obituary

Ryan Cameron Peck, 41 of Ocala, FL passed away suddenly on June 20, 2024 at Ocala Regional Hospital, was born Nov. 26, 1982 to his parents, Howard and Karen Peck, in Bridgeport Connecticut. Ryan’s family moved to South Florida when he was 8. He was given swimming lessons and then began training to swim competitively. Ryan was on The Stone Man Douglas Swim Team in high school, before moving to Ocala with his family. Ryan’s father, Howard, taught him everything about cars by creating and remodeling a race car. This sparked his love and talent for automotive repair, paint, and bodywork. After Graduating from Dunnellon High School, Ryan attended the Culinary Institute of America where he became a Chef and worked at Prestigious fine dining restaurants in Illinois, Louisiana, and Florida. Ryan enjoyed customizing cars, music, dancing, cooking , shopping, helping others in need and spending as much time as the beach as possible. But most of all Ryan loved his friends. His friends were his family and they will remember him as Loyal, highly intelligent, ridiculously funny, extremely energetic, warm hearted and would give the shirt off his back.

Ryan is survived by his partner of 3 years Sara Dobrzykowski of Ocala and her children Tristen and Lucas Dobrzykowski; His sister, Lisa Peck; and nephew Jeremy Davidson of Worcester MA.

He is preceded in death by his father, Howard Peck; mother, Karen Rafferty Peck; and Eric William Peck of Ocala.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday July 6, 2024 at 12pm on Daytona Beach. The meeting place will Be the San Marina Motel 1001 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL.
