Obituary
Sheila Iris Clark passed away in her home on Tuesday August 9th, 2022 in Fort Myers, FL due to complications following a hard battle with breast cancer. She was 57 years old.
Sheila was born on February 14, 1965 in Fort Meade, Maryland to her parents Ray and Eva Clark. She traveled with her family while her father was in the army and they finally settled in Southwest Florida in 1976. She married her first husband Javier Zavala in 1979 and had her two children Javier Jr. and Nichole. Sheila spent many years working with handicapped adults through Human Resource Services (HRS) before she dedicated her life to taking care of her mother. She spent all of her life taking care of others which was the core of her soul.
Sheila married her second husband Christopher in 2016 who she shared the remainder of her life with. They enjoyed fishing and spending time with family.
Sheila is survived by her husband Chris. Her daughter and son, Nichole Williams and Javier Zavala Jr. Her mother Eva Clark, nephew Kaleb Clark and eight grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Cindy and Jilaine and her father Ray.
A Celebration of Life to honor Sheila’s memory will take place on August 27, 2022 with her family.
