Obituary
Sheldon Scott, 82 of Ocala, FL passed away November 25, 2017. He was surrounded by his family while he peacefully left us. He will be fondly remembered as a great father and husband who cared much more for others than himself. He worked long and hard to provide for his family and he would gladly help any one of us without hesitation. His greatest joy was to see others happy. His word was his bond even at his own expense. He leaves a legacy that can not be matched. One of his greatest gifts was his ability to make others laugh. (Ask any waitress at Aunt Fannie’s) We will miss the laughter that always surrounded him. We will miss his ability to fix anything. We will miss his sage advice which was (usually) on the mark. We will miss his presence. We say goodbye to the physical but his spirit will always be with us. He is survived by his wife Roberta; sons, Wayne and Rick; his daughter-on-law Jodi Scott; grandchildren, Jamie, Jyssica and Dane; great grandchildren, Marisol and Makai Scott and his sister, Conie Landy Greenblum. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Interfaith, Hospice of Marion County or your favorite charity of choice. A Graveside Service will be held at Temple B’Nai Darom Cemetery (On the corner of Banyon Road and Almond Road off Baseline Road) on Tuesday, November 28th at 1PM. Arrangements by Baldwin Brothers Funerals & Cremations 11250 SW 93rd Ct. Rd. Ocala 352-236-7813.
