Stephen Richard Briggs (67) of Dunnellon, Florida, passed away on May 4th, 2018. Stephen was born on October 22, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan to Robert and Patricia Briggs. Stephen is predeceased by his father, Robert Worden Briggs, and a brother-in-law whom he loved like they were blood-related, Michael Dean Miller.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Theresa Briggs (Kaltz); by his children: Heather Skinner, Robert Ray Briggs, Walter Briggs, and Zora Horne; by his sisters, Rachel McDaniel and Kathleen Briggs; and by his adored grandchildren: Kayla Emslie, James Skinner, Stephen Skinner, Helen Skinner, Riley Harper, Kristopher Briggs, Stephen Briggs, Aliciella Margo Briggs, and Izabella Horne.
