Obituary
Steve Clarke passed away on Tuesday October 11, 2022, at The Ocala Regional Hospital, at the age of 49. Steve was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Steve considered himself separated from Jennifer Roberts. He is survived by his mother Crestina Vaught (Larry), father Peter Clarke, brother Sean Clarke (Stacy), uncle Del Torres (Mercy), aunt Annette Torrez, uncle Dan Clarke (Carol), cousins Manuel Torres, Chris Aragon, Matt Clarke, Erica Patrick and many other cousins. He also had many relatives from his Step-Dad Larry’s side of the family. Steve had many acquaintances but few true friends, significant other Leann Skiles, and friends that never gave up on him through thick and thin Hunter Sprague (Deb), Mary Clarke (Kasidy), Eric and some friends from Kansas City and Florida, I was not aware of, thank you all for being there for him. He was preceded death by his grand parents Anselmo & Cicilia Torres and William & Lillian Clarke, Uncle Manuel Torrez, Uncle Tom and niece Amanda Torres. Steve was a beloved and wonderful son; he would give someone in need his last dollar. He was always there ready to help his mother when she needed anything; he was always there for her. Recently he found a kitten not more than two weeks old and brought her to his room, cleaned her up and today she is a happy little kitten named Buttercup. Steve had health issues but he never gave up, all the way to end he was looking for ways to get better and thought he had succeeded. Steve always believed in God but sometimes he thought God had given up on him or forgotten him. But in his last three month he found God again was praying, reading The Word Among Us, The Daily Bread, the Gospel and even was doing a religious class with a friend, he was so hopeful of life until the end. Baldwin Brothers will make funeral arrangements. The Mass and funeral will be at a later time. Arrangements entrusted with BALDWIN BROTHERS Funeral & Cremation Society-Spanish Springs, 352-480-5959. My sincere condolences to you. I'm going to miss Steve so much. We were friends in the most unusual way not seeing one another for years, but always communicating with each other. Steve always felt you were the best Mother anyone could have...always loving and supportive.
You are always in my prayers.
So sorry to hear about Steve. I hope the memories of his life-especially what a good son he was-will be of some comfort to you through this very hard time. I will keep you and all your family in my thoughts and prayers.
