Here in New Jersey, we have just heard about Sue.
We met ballroom dancing several years ago and spent many nice women’s gatherings such as times in the hot tub wearing fancy hats and singing show tunes. Sue was a gracious hostess who loved life, new adventures, and her puppies, relatives and friends. Her legal work on behalf of children was so admirable. These will not be forgotten.
Blessings of good memories here on earth and promises for eternity in Heaven.

My heart goes out to so many whom as I must have felt her kindness and genuine listening gift with which God blessed her. Sue was a passionate attorney, a caring soul and so full of determination especially when it came to justice

Dear Sue, I shall remember you as I met you the first time, smiling. Your radiance shone from afar through your smile and you uplifted so many of us so many times. For all those moments you took to gift us a smile and kindness, THANK YOU and God bless you for always

We were truly blessed to have Sue in our family. She was an incredible role model to my children and an inspirational person in my life. I know that she touched so many lives and made the world a better place. Sue was so adventurous and loved life to the fullest. Our family misses her and loves her dearly. We will hold her in our hearts until we hold her again in Heaven.

“And think of her as living in the hearts of those she touched. For nothing loved is ever lost. And she was loved so much.”

My dear friend Sue, it has taken me three weeks to post something on this wall. We were all shocked and heartbroken and a part of me is missing. We so enjoyed the dinners out, the dinners in, the strategic discussions and the hilarious stories. You were like a sister to us. You always had a smile! We will miss your emails, your texts and your visits and your overall kindness and encouragement. I would give anything to be back in our booth at Bonefish, sharing a drink and sharing life. We will never forget the goodness you stood for and the love we shared. The stars seem brighter now with your energy among them. Keep shinning.

Anyone who met Sue was instantly drawn in by that smile.
Cousin you will be missed by so many. She touched many hearts through her journey in life.
I will cherish the holidays visits from my childhood. The room would light up the minute she arrived. Miss you, hug all those pups in heaven.

So deeply saddened and still stunned by Sue’s passing. What a lovely Soul! I met her while volunteering and training with our much-loved Puppies Behind Bars in New Jersey. I have such fun photos and videos of Pup Pool Parties which she and Venus/Sadie graciously hosted. I spoke with her via phone numerous times from here in NYC since she’s been in Florida - she had loving friends everywhere she went. And she still does… now broken-hearted but we know that God lifted up a sweet sunny Angel to Heaven. Big hugs ❤️❤️❤️

We are deeply saddened by my dear cousin Sue's passing. We made many sweet memories with her, including our trips to Sanibel, but one of my lasting and fondest memories was our Cruise, where we had so much fun and laughter. She will surely be missed and remain in our hearts forever.

I am saddened and shocked by hearing of her passing. The only comfort I have is knowing that she most likely did not suffer. I've known Sue for about 20 years and always enjoyed talking with her and learning about all she had accomplished in her lifetime. She was a woman I had such admiration for. We both shared so many stories of being single woman aging and what obstacles it sometimes created. She was one of the strongest, adventurous, most determined women I had ever met. I was in awe of her continuous, infectious optimism. She was a light in this world that will be tremendously missed. I thought of her as a big sister to me. Until we meet again Sue. You are with our Lord and Savior living in internal peace and tranquility. Miss you my friend.

My heart is broken. We met at the beginning of 8th grade and our friendship continued all these years. You introduced me to my husband and you always said he owed you for that. You were with me when I married him and also when I buried him. I will always have that special memory. We shared so many laughs good times. I don’t have you but will always have the pictures and memories.
Keep dancing, my friend, you will be missed.

From the moment I met Sue, I felt I had a friend who never judged me, and always had something sweet to say to make me feel good. We will miss our friend dearly, but now we have an angel to plead our heavenly entrance. God grant you peace .

Sandra Sue was my very first crush. I was four and worshiped my older cousin. Seventy years later with all the changes life brings; that never did.

I don't remember when I met Sue Lewis but it had to be sometime after October 1997, but I do remember that Sue Lewis was a kind person and Assistant Prosecutor. May your soul/spirit rest in peace and if Heaven needs a lawyer, you are a great attorney.

Bill and I are heartbroken about your passing. We miss you terribly. You were always such a ray of sunshine in our lives and to many others. You had such a caring, compassionate and generous heart; and always ready to help anyone, anyway you could. I keep reliving our many “girls” outings. Especially the week we spent at Cinnamon Beach and St Augustine. What fun we had! Thank you for brightening our lives. Thank you for spending Thanksgiving with our family. You were family to us and you are gone much too soon. We will love you always and will see you again some day. Love you so much, Jean & Bill Case
