Obituary
Suzanne R. Aicher, age 70, passed away at her home on Thursday, March 29, 2018. She was born on January 15, 1948 in Sandusky, Ohio to Hildegarde (Gangwisch) Campbell. She was a graduate of Bremen High School in 1966 and was the second oldest of 6 siblings. Suzanne was a stay at home mom and went on to become a Personnel Manager at Kmart for several years. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, quilting and baking but her greatest passion in life was spending time with her family, especially her 8 grandchildren. Suzanne’s strength and determination in life was shown by her more than 30 year struggle with Parkinson’s disease and her brief battle with cancer, which she never let get in the way of living a full and meaningful life. Left to honor and remember her love are her husband of 50 years, Bert, her two children Ruth (Gary) Fratianne and Paul (Ann) Aicher; and her 7 grandchildren Paige, Ben, Lucas, Emma, Joe, Hailey and Hannah. She is also survived by siblings Marlene (Tom Tourlas) Furman, Linda (Bob) Ahearn, Billie (Don) Johnson, Beverly (Jim) Pronobis, David Campbell and Bob (Kim) Campbell as well as many nieces and nephews. Suzanne was preceded in death by her mother and beloved granddaughter Olivia. Suzanne will forever be remembered as a kind and caring person who gave incessantly and was the rock and foundation of her family. A private service was held on March 31, 2018. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making a donation in Suzanne’s memory to the Parkinson’s Foundation, 200 SE 1st Street, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131.
