Sylvia was a devoted Daughter, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Friend, and Child of God.
She was Our Social Butterfly touching the hearts and lives of all those she came into contact with. Sylvia loved riding the Transit to Visit her Friends at the Senior Center and to go on errands which allowed her to be independent. She was a loving, generous, caring, and compassionate person who liked to focus on the positives of Life. Sylvia enjoyed sitting with Family and Friends talking about the yesterday’s of old and even though she was 88 years old her memory was so detailed it felt like yesterday. Sylvia loved to play piano and cherished the sounds of music that would fill her body and move her spirit.

Our Father
Who art
in Heaven,
Hallowed
Be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth
as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those
who trespass
against us.
And lead us
not into
temptation,
But deliver
us from evil.
For thine is
the Kingdom.
And the Power.
And the Glory
Forever and ever.
Amen
I found her on the ground one day. Got her up and sat with her for awhile, and started from that day to look after her. I would catch her outside having a cigarette. Cold and wet, or hot as heck she would be outside. But I would always walk over and get the best Hugs, and a kiss on the cheek. I loved Sylvia, and I will always miss her. She took a chunk of my heart with her. She loved both of her sons, and always said she had the best daughter-in-laws in the world. She was so filled with love, and smiles, and joy. I will miss her every day, of the rest of my days on earth, because I know, I will see her again one day, in Heaven. RIP my friend. RIP Sylvia
