Therese Ann (Colarik) Arlow 78, of Daytona Beach, Florida passed away in hospice early Saturday, May 28, 2022. Named for Saint Therese, The Little Flower; she played so many roles in so many lives. She was know as Terry when a child, then known as Terri to co-workers, friends, and family. Most recently she went by Therese to those who knew her at Westminster Canterbury. She was born in Warren, Ohio on October 23, 1943, daughter of the late Frank and Rosalie (Jamma) Colarik. While raising a family, Terri was a long time resident of Olmsted Township, Ohio where she worked at Vita Mix Corporation for 20 years along side her daughter-in-law (Jean), niece (Jill) , late husband (Al), and beloved daughter (Jennifer). Terri and Al retired to Port Orange, Florida where she continued to work part-time as a front desk clerk at a beachside hotel. After being widowed, Therese found enjoyment talking with her neighbors outside, playing bingo and penny poker, and partaking in the many holiday events thrown in the Westminster Canterbury community room. Preceded in death by husband of 51 years, Albert, and daughter Jennifer (mother to Alexa). Survived by son, Jeffrey (Candis); daughter Nicole; granddaughters, Alexa Felix whom she raised, Melanie (Jason) Matthews, Allison Arlow, Chloe Arlow, and Sofia Steimling; Great Grandmother to Connor, Cory, Colby and Easton. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Along with parents, daughter Jennifer, and husband Albert; also preceded in death by brothers Stephen (infant) and Frank, and close sister Michele; Surviving siblings are John (Suzanne) and Tim (Sheila). Known for her sweetness and her laugh- a celebration of her life and that of Albert Arlow will be held at a later date (2023) in Ohio when they reach their final resting place at Sunset Memorial beside their daughter Jennifer.
