Thomas Peter Fraccalvieri March 19 1953-September 20 2021, aka: Tommy, Dad, Big Papa, Poppie, 2ball, Tubie, Capt., Boop. It is with deep sadness that we announce Thomas Peter Fraccalvieri passed away after a tough fight with Covid19. Tommy was born March 19, 1953 in Bayshore NY, the beloved son of John and Anna Fraccalvieri, beloved husband to Sandra Fraccalvieri and younger brother of Philip Fraccalvieri.Tommy was a graduate of Bayshore High School. Tommy started his fishing career clamming on the Great South Bay. He then became a commercial fisherman where he was the owner/operator of the fishing vessels the Kristen Marie and the Provider11. He was the owner operator of the South Bend Fish Dock in South Carolina. When he retired he dabbled in boat repairs to keep himself busy. Tommy was larger than life and lit up any room he walked in to. He had many lifelong friends and was loved by anyone he came in contact with. He was a mentor and hero to many. Tommy lived and loved fully and was the proud father, father-in-law of Thomas (TJ) and his wife Diana,Kristen and her husband Brandon, Michael and his wife Ashley, Caitlin and her husband Pete, Hannah, Sophia, Jennifer (step daughter).Tommy was predeceased by his precious daughter Gracie and his step-son Eugene (Geno).Tommy had 14 amazing grandchildren,Raffaela, Francesca, Vincent, Joey, Tommy, Peter, Rory, Cian, Walker, Wyatt, Madilyn, Giovanni, Xavier & Jacynda. We know family and friends, near and far, share in our enormous grief and his memory will live on in all the stories to be told. There is so much more to Tommy than these word, he will be so sorely missed. A memorial will follow at a later date.
